***SVG ALERT*** The SVG file is absolutely in the folder (if applicable) with the other file types, but some computers have started detecting it as an HTML file because HTML is similar to SVG. The SVG file looks like the logo of your web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.) and will absolutely open when uploaded into your software program.

***ZIPPED FOLDER ALERT*** If your files are in a "zipped" folder, please continue reading below. If not, you're all set and ready to create. Enjoy!
After you have downloaded your order from Etsy, you will need to "unzip" the folder before accessing the file(s) you need.
How to Open (Unzip) Files on Computer:
1. To unzip, you will right click the right button on your mouse with the mouse arrow hovering over the zipped folder (wherever it is saved on your computer - usually the "Downloads" folder which is in or near your "Documents" folder).
2. After right clicking, you will left click “Extract All” from the menu and extract the files by left clicking the "Extract" button that appears after the menu.
3. You will then have two folders on your computer: one zipped and one unzipped.
4. You will upload the file type you need into your software program from the unzipped folder.
5. You might also need to find a video on YouTube on how to unzip the folder on your specific computer - especially if it is a Mac or other non-Windows machine.If you are using your phone or other smart device, you will need to know how to unzip/uncompress files on it before uploading the file type you need into your software program.
How to Open (Unzip/Uncompress) Files on iPhone/iPad:
1. Your downloaded order will be in the “Files” app and the "Downloads" folder within the "Files" app.
2. You will tap and hold on the zipped folder name and choose “Uncompress” from the options in the pop-up menu.
3. You might also need to find a video on YouTube on how to unzip/uncompress the folder on your specific phone/tablet - especially if not an iPhone/iPad.
